Death Battle Prelude: Superman vs. Sentry

John: It's been a long road, but we've finally reached the final stretch of the our first outing of the eternal rivalry between the two gods of comics. DC. Marvel. Whichever side you may prefer, none can deny their success. 

Angela: On this little show of ours, we've had two matches covering this subject. In our first bout, two vigilantes with a shtick of beating down criminals with sticks duked it out across a city in the night. In our second confrontation, two cosmic godslayers laid waste to planets, a solar system, two armadas of spaceships, and each other. Now, we go to something even beyond that kind of destruction.

John: We're going to be having perhaps the first superhero ever in a contest to the death! And who better to pit him against than a character he's inspired? 

Angela: Two things. One, Superman technically isn't the first. Second, that played out SO well last time.

John: Oh, come on, this isn't a little fun to you?

Angela: Point granted.

John: Superman, the Man of Steel.

Angela: Sentry, the Golden Guardian of Good.

John: I'm John, she's Angela, and we have returning co-hosts! Please welcome back Roy and Ivan!

Ivan: Where's this Sentry Superman's fightin', I'll take care of his ass!

Roy: Not this again...

John: Um....you couldn't even stand up to Drax. Sentry is more OP than him. How will you fight him?

Roy: He hit the gym, now he thinks he's better than ever.

Ivan: Shut up! The protein powder works!

Angela: You're gonna need a lot more than powder.

John: Anyways, let's finish off this round of DC vs. Marvel and decide who takes home the gold in a Death Battle!

John: Long ago, Krypton was an alien planet far away. It was full of humanoid beings called Kryptonians and they lived in harmony. They worshipped a red Sun known as Rao.

Roy: Then, they were struck by disaster, the destruction of their planet that can be attributed to two things. Natural decay and Brainiac.

Ivan: Kal-El's parents wanted to keep him safe, and in order to, they sent him in an escape pod, sending him to a faraway galaxy so he can live and survive the race...he landed...in Kansas.

John: After crash-landing on Earth, Kal-El was discovered by a young couple, Jonathan and Martha Kent.

Angela: They adopted him, gave him the name Clark, and raised him under the right morals. Basically, they did something the US government could never do if they were to get their hands on an alien or super-powerful child.

Roy: Clark began to develop his powers more and more through life, making it harder for him to keep himself restrained.

Ivan: His parents showed him his true past at 18, where he chose to become a superhero that would protect all things good. You see, this guy I like! The other one-

Roy: Not now...

John: And that superhero persona Clark created would become perhaps the most famous and beloved comic book phenomenon. The Man of Steel, Superman!

Suddenly, someone punches through the door. The hosts turn and see a man with a blue outfit with red boots. The man's chest has a golden "S" crested upon it.

Superman: This looks like a job for Superman.

John: WOOOOO! *throws his arms into the air*

Angela: Hello, Superman. Don't mind him, he's a fan.

Roy: Excuse for an autograph time!

Ivan: Yeah!!! Take that Sentry down!

Superman: *takes a seat* I think the first order of business is discussing what I can do.

John: That is correct! As we have stuck by the Pre-52/Post-Crisis tradition-

Ivan: PFFFFT, yeah, no.

John: Pardon?

Ivan: *pulls up a laptop and crosses his arms smugly* Just gaze in amazement. 

John:.....Ivan? What am I looking at?!

Ivan: That, Johnny boy, is what happens when DC wants to be more OP- *realizes the website he's on is WhipMeGood.net* NEVERMIND THAT! *quickly switches the address to an article that talks about the recent DC continuity event*

John: Ah. Let me fix my reaction. Ivan? WHAT AM I EVEN LOOKING AT?!

Ivan: DC playing the power game.

Angela: What is in your history?

Ivan: RESEARCH!

Superman: This guy's history is weirder than Brainiac's lab.

Ivan: How did you see it?

Superman: I'm Superman. I see things by looking at them.

John: That's......kind of a dumb way to explain you have super-senses. It's like saying you can "see faster".

Superman: Well, I can.

Everyone else facepalms.

Superman: Let's just move on.

-Accidentally destroyed a planet mid-fight.
-Strong enough to escape the grasp of a double black hole.
-Held a mini-black hole in his hands.

Roy: Well that's a mouthful...tell me Clark have you used any substances lately?

Ivan: How do you contain yourself?

Superman: What gives you the impression I take drugs? I mean, I know there's Kryptonian nanotech, but I don't use it. And to answer your question, a long life of restraint and training. Mostly restraint.

Roy: So...for your shopping list of abilities...you're essentially a God?

Ivan: I mean...quintillion pounds, tearing holes with speed, tanking blasts of 100 exploding galaxies....

Roy: Does it ever feel too easy?

Superman: If by easy, you mean constantly holding back while your opponent is trying to kill you horribly, then yeah, easy. But it's not THAT easy, trust me.

John: He has been put in several healing comas.

Angela: And you know, had bad writing on him time and again.

Roy: I'm still wrapping my head around lifting infinite pounds...

Ivan: Or tearing the galaxy with your speed...

Roy: Should we move to your abilities?

John: Wait, we need to cover a few more things.

Mentality

-Superman tries his best to hold back, and most of his feats are him holding back.
-If Superman loses his self control when fighting a powerful being, he can become far more dangerous than before, and won't hesitate when he's pushed far enough.
-While it takes long to get him there, many beings near his power can do it if he hasn't defeated him.
-He taught himself how to restrain his powers so he does not destroy anything by accident.
-This makes him a very skilled leader, one who is fair and makes sure to have order.
-Though, alternate versions of him have shown him lose his good-nature if Lois Lane is killed.

John: Clark, by all means, tries his hardest to be the best person he possibly can. 

Angela: And if you ask me or the fanboy, he's been doing a good job of that.

Ivan: He can easily calculate the most complex ideas or learn things in seconds.

Roy: Also, Superman's got one of the most resistant minds there is, making it extremely hard to get in to actually manipulate him.

Superman: Now, we move onto my abilities?

John: Technically. 

Martial Arts

Torquasm-Vo
-A skill that Superman can use when fighting an opponent, in which he physically restrains himself and dominates somebody's mind with ease as the opponent exerts themselves physically while fighting them. While doing this, he can have his opponent bend mentally. 
-Used against a Superman clone of equal intelligence, The Eradicator.
Torquasm-Rao 
-Superman separates his mind from body, prevents any mental manipulation, and fights you on an Astral Plane where you cannot harm him.
Klurkor
-The Kryptonian evolution of Karate.
-Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking,knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands, and palm-heel strikes.
Boxing
-Uses rapid punches, quick maneuvers, and nimble dodges.
Other Possible Martial Arts
-Was taught how to box by Wildcat.
-Was taught Gladiator fighting techniques by Mongul.
-Was taught Wrestling by Wonder Woman.
>Most likely Greco-Roman Wrestling or possibly an offshoot of Pankration, which is the roots of modern day MMA.

Superman: Ah, martial prowess. I'm a very skilled fighter, being able to use my Kryptonian fighting styles like Torquasm-Vo, Torquasm-Rao, and Klurkor.

John: Torquasm-Vo allows Superman to fight opponents with his physical attributes while restraining himself and bend his opponent's mind.

Angela: Torquasm-Rao allows Superman to separate his mental state from his physical one, making him immune to mental manipulation and able to fight on the Astral Plane like the Dragon Slayer.

Superman: Klurkor is basically the Kryptonian evolution of Earth-based Karate. 

Roy: You also spent some time in Asgard.

Ivan: And have been trained by some of earth's best fighters like Wildcat and Batman.

John: Oh yeah, speaking of Asgard, Superman is also stronger and more skilled than Thor. He was even deemed worthy to lift Mjolnir.

Angela: Well....he's better than the Thor of his universe, anyway. 

Superman: Multiverse issues always boggle my mind.

-Capable of aiming on the microscopic level and cut out parts of a person's brain by focusing it through the eyes.
-Can focus in on one cell with it.
-Can output heat rivaling the sun itself (which is about 5,788 Degrees Kelvin on the surface and 15,000,000 Degrees Kelvin in the core).
-Can use it to repair reality.
-Can burn through Kryptonian skin.
-Was hotter than the fires of hell.
-Wiped out an entire army of Doomsday clones with it alone, although this fatigued him to an extent.
-Charged a machine that moved a planet 16x the size of Earth with it.
-Took on Captain Cold's freeze gun which fires below zero temperatures.

-Can hit something with spit as powerful as a tank.

-The stronger the radiation, the more powerful Superman gets (Red makes him a normal being, Yellow powers him up to superhuman levels, and Blue makes him his strongest).

-The longer he stays in a Sun with strong radiation, the more powerful he becomes over time.
-Staying in a yellow Sun for 15 minutes triples his power.

Ivan: Oh come on!

Roy: Next thing you're going to say is you destroyed a solar system with your sneeze-oh wait.

John: Yeah, Silver Age......was horrendously overpowered.

Angela: Can we at least cover some of these powers and not awe at them?

Superman: Of course. I am an expert reporter, journalist, and ventriloquist.

John: Does that mean he can use any puppet in the world?

Ivan: Let's hope not.

Roy: Superman's Heat Vision is as hot as hell itself, and his breath can freeze beings close to his power.

John: He can phase through objects by vibrating his molecules and has senses so keen that hear almost anything on Earth at any time.

Angela: Oh, I remember something that's almost as stupid as the solar sneeze! One time, Superman exhibited the ability to spit at the force of a tank.

Roy: Super Spit?

Ivan: Don't forget, Superman can make himself invisible by moving so fast.

John: He's also capable of using Super Hypnosis and Super Telepathic Will Control, which do exactly what you think they do.

Angela: Basically, they're two powers made for Ivan's enjoyment.

Ivan: I'd be happy to test it on you first...

Roy: This is why we don't have friends.

Transformations

Sundipped Superman

-Superman's powered-up form.
-Power is off the charts while in this form.
-Can rip off Darkseid's arm like a twig, lift up 200 quintillion tons with one arm, move massively faster than light, tank multiple supernovas, and has many other abilities. 

Superman: Can we please cover my next power? It's kind of important. 

John: Oh, right, Solar Absorption. 

Angela: Kryptonians are sort of like solar panels, as they receive more and more power as they get more and more sunlight.

Ivan: Or Anti-Sunlight.

Roy: Sundipped Superman gets his powers multiplied by three, so...you can figure that he gets only more OP.

Weaknesses
-Kryptonite, though this weakness fluctuates often.
-Holds back, but if he goes all out, his stats boost dramatically.
-Susceptible to magic and brute force.
-Is a solar battery, so he needs constant sunlight to function at his higher echelons for long periods of time.

John: Before anyone asks if this guy has any flaws......OF COURSE HE DOES!

Angela: Whoa, calm down, John.

John: Sorry about that.

Superman: Yeah....anyways, while I do seem invincible, I am open to plenty of weaknesses.

Roy: They're pretty inconsistent...

Ivan: Like Brute Force and Kryptonite.

Superman: Though, there are weaknesses that are inescapable. I always tend to hold back, which can be very bad if I'm up against the wrong opponent. Also, like John said earlier, I am a solar battery, so cutting me off from the sun for an extensive amount of time can shut off my powers.

Ivan: So you're like super-duracell?

Roy: Feel free not to hold back with him.

Superman: You know I can't do that.

Ivan: Liar.

Roy: He's just gonna push you till you do.

Advantages & Disadvantages

+Can likely mess with Sentry and put him into shock.
+If he ever reaches the Sun, goodbye Sentry.
=Both can match each other if both go all out.

-Sentry can overwhelm Superman if he doesn't get to a Sun in time.

John: Anyways, Superman is nothing less than a true hero. He's constantly risked life and limb to protect the innocent and their creations. No doubt, he is the greatest comic book hero of all time.

I've got a different problem. I feel like I live in a world made of cardboard. Always taking care not to break something, to break someone. Never allowing myself to lose control, even for a moment, or someone could die. But you can take it, can't you, big man? What we have here is a rare opportunity for me to cut loose, and show you just how powerful I really am.")

-In the Golden Age, he was considered the inspiration for many superheroes and had decades of fighting crime.

-As the Void, has defeated large teams of superheroes and fought his other half several times.
-Hulk himself has admitted that the Void is the only thing that he fears.
-Has defeated Thor without much effort as Dark Sentry or Death Sentry.
-As Death Sentry, his might was equal and even superior to Rogue when she had the powers of all superheroes from Earth.
-With her help, temporarily stopped the Celestial Exitar from destroying Earth.
-After being manipulated by Mastermind, he invented a transmitter that used his powers to delete himself from the minds of all of Earth with assistance from Reed Richards, CLOC, and Dr. Strange.
-His fight with Photon-Genis Vell, another crazy powerhouse, had the power to destroy planets and both of them were holding back.
-To avoid destroying Earth in their fight, the Skrull Imposter-Black Bolt and Sentry agreed to not fight one another.
-Molecule Man could not identify what his molecules were composed of.
-It is implied that his powers came from the Christian God himself and when he died, his conscience resides in the White Hot Room, the home of the Phoenix Force and the Celestials.
-Fought World War Hulk as normal Sentry to the point where both were put back into base form as Robert Reynolds and Bruce Banner respectively.
-Brought the zombie virus to Marvel Zombies (Another Reality).
-According to a memory Spider-Man had, Sentry at one point stalemated Galactus.

John: Okay......before we go any further.....Ivan, go into rant mode.

Ivan: *Foaming at mouth* ...TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO THINK SUPERMAN IS A GARY STU, LOOK NO FURTHER AT THIS FUCK. FUCK THIS RIPOFF TO NO END. I'LL TAKE PRIME OVER THIS ASSHOLE.

Roy: I think he's done.

Angela: Good.

Superman: What a mouth that one has.

John: Anyways, Robert Reynolds was your average married man. OR WAS HE?!

Roy: If by married man, you mean meth addict, then yes!

Ivan: Reynolds stumbled into the lab of Professor Cornelius, where he came upon a serum. That serum, had the power of one million exploding suns.

John:.....Which is more or less an exaggeration.

Angela: I mean, if he had that, why the hell would he keep losing to the likes of Thor and Hulk?

Superman: Wait a minute.....I feel like I've heard those names before......

Ivan: Remember Thor well, because your fighting him in our side of town.

Roy: As for him losing, could it be due to his fragile mind?

John: Definitely. It was so bad, that he actually erased his memory of him existing from the world.

Angela: However, because comics, life wouldn't stay this way forever, as the hero eventually came back. The hero's name is Sentry.

Suddenly, a large fizzing sound is heard. The door behind the Hosts has melted. When everyone turns to see who it is, they find a man in a golden suit with an "S" on his waist.

Superman: Well, speak of the devil. This always happen?

Angela: Unfortunately.

Roy: Ivan, wait in the car.

Ivan: ...

Roy: I am not ready to send out flyers for a new host, wait in the damn car.

John: Actually, I have a solution for this situation.

10 minutes later.

John: *walks back into the booth* Alright, thank you for waiting.

Sentry: This is a.....somewhat smart plan.

Superman: Well, hey, it's for the sake of safety and we don't really have a bunker.

Angela, Roy, and Ivan are in another room. They are communicating through a speaker.

Angela: Stay safe, John.

Roy: Okay...Ivan is attempting to pick the lock, but I think we'll last for at least the rest of the Prelude. Shall we move on to Sentry's abilities, now that Mr. Reynolds has arrived?

Sentry: The sooner I leave, the better.

-Surpassed the strength of the Herald of Galactus Terrax, broke his hand, and destroyed his ax with no effort. Terrax has destroyed planets before and proved himself superior to Nova, another herald that can destroy a star.

-Broke the armor and magic shields of Doctor Doom.
-With a stealth attack from orbit, left Blue Marvel unconscious, who could hold his own again him in one to one.
-Moved the body of the Celestial Exitar far away from the Earth.

-Rebuilt a tower at lightspeed.
-Is constantly flying around the world saving people from disasters at super speed.
-Disabled several warheads in seconds.
-Stopped a bullet from a Skrull sniper rifle.

Superhuman Durability & Stamina
-Resisted blows from Mjolnir with no problem.
-No sells blows from The Thing.
-Shrugged off Spider-Woman's venom blasts at full strength, which could kill superhumans.
-Tanks attacks from Iron Man.
-Apparently immune to Rogue’s touch.
-Resisted the symbiotic virus created by Doctor Doom.
-Took blows from World War Hulk, who shattered a meteor twice the size of Earth with one strike.
-Stamina is apparently nigh-unlimited, although he has shown to be able to be knocked out as Sentry.
-After being scanned by Iron Man, he appears to have no physical weaknesses.

John: Sentry, as a Superman clone, has everything you'd expect from a one. Super strength, speed, and durability.

Roy: These powers all come from the fact that his molecules have been manipulated to a great level, allowing him to have power of this scale. His strength is quite high, as he smashed Terrax's hammer with his hand, which ain't the easiest task. 

Ivan: FU-

Roy: As for speed, Sentry can definitely move at lightspeed, and for durability, it is no doubt that he can fight some of Marvel's Top Tier.

Superman: 2,685,600,000,000 MPH? Not bad, son.

Sentry: Thanks, I suppose.

John: And he's also in that group of people who have survived atomization. Ivan, if you would rant again, please compare Sentry to Orion.

Roy: He's lost all sense of speech. He's just trying to break through and- Oh my god, where did he find the BFG?!

Ivan: GRAAAHHH!!!!!! *blows open the door and runs out*

John: It's always easy pissing off the buff guy.

Angela: Coming from the buff guy who rarely gets angry.

Mentality

Scientific genius
-Built his own Tower with plenty of advanced technology.
-Created CLOC, a non-murderous Artificial Intelligence.
-Helped create a device that could erase the memories of everyone world-wide.
Mentally Unstable
-As Sentry has multiple personalities that conflict with each other, Sentry is prone to sulking.
-Tampers with his insanity and personality disorders.
-Self-conscious and gullible when Bob is in charge, allowing him to be manipulated.

Roy: Ignoring Ivan, Sentry is actually pretty smart, capable of building a p-retty decent name for himself, but he does tamper with his personality.

Powers, Skills, & Abilities

Photokinesis
-Used to charge himself and augmented his physical abilities.
-Can also absorb any form of energy from anywhere.
-Only dependent on it as Sentry, although he can use it in all of the incarnations.
-Can create huge columns of fire.
-Can used to shoot energy blast from his hand, eyes or mouth or create explosions.
-Has a calming aura that can calm the Hulk.
Super senses
-Can hear a butterfly sneeze in Africa while in New York.
-Can sense and see energy and auras.
Resurrection
-Resurrected himself several times, the most important one when Morgana Le Fay deleted him from the time stream, killing him in the past.
-Resurrected his wife without trying. She event didn’t know that she had died.
Regeneration
-Can regenerate at the atomic level, proved when he recreated himself twice from being disintegrated by Molecule Man.
-Can reconstruct his head with ease.
-Has regenerated from a skeleton back to normal in seconds.
Psionic Powers
-Holds his powers together with his mind.
-Has used telepathy mainly as Death Sentry and the Void, although all of the incarnations can use it.
-As Death Sentry, overcame the mental resistance of Thor.
-Can mind-rape others.
Mental Resistance
-Resisted the effect of his own device that deleted his presence of the minds of all of Earth and the Inhumans and the moon, having flashbacks and eventually remembering who he was.
-Powers work better when his mind is strong.

-Overcame the brainwashing of being a Horsemen of Death.
-If someone has telepathic contact with the Void he can leave slivers of himself to control them.

-In moments of great mental stress, Sentry can separate himself into his two identities, Sentry and the Void.
-Doesn’t seem to be something he can consciously pull off.

-His touch disrupt life and energy itself.

-Those affected by them experience traumatic visions of the past, present, and future.

Ivan: THERE YOU ARE YOU CHEAP WALMART BRAND OF A SUPERMAN! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!

Sentry: *simply disintegrates the BFG and grabs Ivan by the throat* Who will kill who, now? *eyes turn red*

John: QUICK, STOP HIM! 

John and Superman tackle Sentry and hit him out of the building before chasing him down. Angela and Roy come rushing into the room.

Angela:........Shit.

Ivan: Yeah! You better run!

Roy: Well...at least you didn't throw me in front like in most fights.

Angela: I think John's health is a lot more important right now! And wherever they're fighting.....

*Ivan picks up a flag with the words "You Suck" on it, and starts waving it.*

Ivan: Hey Sentry! OVER HERE!

John crashes through the wall and lands face-first on the floor.

Angela: JOHN! *rushes over to him* IF HE'S DEAD, I'M TAKING IT OUT ON YOU, IVAN!

Ivan: Oh Angela, you always freak out. I think he'll be able to walk again in a few days.

Roy: You wonder why no one visits us?

John: Gaaaaahhhh.....my spinal cord.......

Transformations

Dark Sentry/The Void

-More manipulative and cunning.
-Power and consciousness grows in the Negative Zone.
-At its strongest during night.
-Broke all of the bones of Hulk with ease.
-Pushed through a shield created by Susan Storm combined with a defensive spell of Doctor Strange and Iron Man.
-Almost decapitated Female Ultron, who could take on all the Avengers and fight toe a toe with a normal Sentry.
-Destroyed a Doom-bot with no problem.
-Speedblitzed a Super Skrull and killed it with ease.
-Broke Ares in half.
-Destroyed the City of Asgard.
-Loki need to powers up the heroes with the Norn stones to protected  them from his touch stand a chance.
-Loki had used the powers of the Norn stones to grant himself with several powers and enhance his magic in the past.
-Void no sell the force of his blasts and disintegrated Loki
-Destroyed the Earth and eventually the Universe in a What-if story.

Death Sentry

-Thanks to the Seed of Death, Death Sentry is the most powerful incarnation.
-As Death Sentry, when reborn, he regenerated from a single atom.
-He implied that attacking his physical form will do nothing and that the source of his powers is his soul.
-Has a better control with his powers and is able to use them more.

John: *gets up and limps over to his chair* I should be fine for now, actually.....You guys are probably wondering what kicked my bum?

Angela: Sentry throwing a tirade as his evil self?

John: Yep. Guy's not a joke. He's capable of leaving even the Hulk in stitches.

Angela: Speaking of stitches, hold still. *takes out a first-aid kit and gets to work*

Intense clashing sounds become louder and louder.

Roy: Is Superman still out there? Uh Clark, Bob, the fight hasn't begun... Clark...GODAMMIT THE FIGHT HASN'T STARTED, YOU TWO GET BACK IN HERE AND FINISH THIS PRELUDE BEFORE I MAKE SURE TO RIG YOUR GUYS' RESPECTIVE BATTLES TOWARDS THE OPPONENTS FAVOR ON MY CIRCUIT!

Ivan: Um...Roy...wanna take a seat?

Angela: John, don't you dare-

John: I have to help! *bolts out*

Angela: DAMN IT, JOHN, GET BACK HERE!

John crashes through the room with Sentry. 

Angela: NOT WHAT I MEANT!

Sentry proceeds to pummel John's face in for a moment before John throws Sentry off him and is able to put him in a full nelson.

John: Superman! Help! 

Superman flies in and uses Torquasm-Vo to disable Sentry.

Superman: That should do it. 

John: *lets go of Sentry* Man.....that was clo-

Angela: *slaps John* DON'T YOU EVER TRY THAT BULLSHIT AGAIN!

John: MY FACE!

Ivan: Well this has been an eventful evening. So, John, are you finished getting your ass kicked?

Roy: Just move on to weaknesses...so I can get him out.

Weaknesses
-Sentry fears his own power at base, though his other forms have no issue with this.
-Is not very trained at using his powers or fighting at base.
-Has a bad mental state.
-As Death Sentry, likes to mutilate himself.

John: Put simply.....this guys is coocoo for Coco Puffs, Reese's Puffs, Coco Pebbles, and whatever other cereal brands that have Coco or Puffs in the title.

Roy: He also lacks experience, and is very susceptible to mental attacks.

Ivan: Because he sucks.

Advantages & Disadvantages
+More likely to immediately go all out.
+Sentry doesn't have the need of a power source.
+Immediately faster.
+The Void can give Sentry two ways to fight Superman, which can be even more of a fight if Death Sentry kicks in.
=Both can match each other if they go all out.
-Has no prior knowledge of Superman's ties to the Sun.
-Is physically and mentally weaker overall. 
-Superman can mess with Sentry's head quite easily.
-The "Power of a Million Exploding Suns" is more of a hyperbole, and even if he did have it, Superman has tanked attacks like that before.

Roy: Regardless, Sentry is a powerful fighter, capable of fighting Marvel's best. He has countless powers and is truly a force to be reckoned with.

(Sentry: When I use my powers of a million exploding suns -- I unleash a blackness across the world. He comes and attacks the world every time I try to save it. That is his purpose. It killed my wife. I killed my wife. It killed -- it keeps coming. And coming.)

Roy: Well, I think we're finished...I'll make sure to try to keep Ivan normal for the fight itself.

Superman: And I'll take him somewhere where he can't hurt anyone. *grabs Sentry* Farewell. *flies out*

John: Well, that settles every- *tries to get out of his chair* OWIE! MY EVERYTHING!

Angela: Sit still, John. Join us next time for a Death Battle. 

John: Patch me up, mommy, while I pride myself with the fact I worked with Superman.

Angela: Yeah, yeah......
